John Rhea, president of Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co, has 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate executive leadership. He was 22 when he met Reginald F. Lewis at an event for young African Americans who wanted to work on Wall Street. “He was making time to engage with a group of young men who had the same kind of aspirations that he probably once had when he was younger.”
