Season 1
Captain Belgarde enlists the help of psychiatrist Marie Kempf to help his young witness Madeine recover from the trauma of her family’s murder. Kempf, who lost her own daughter several years earlier, only agrees to help if Belgarde reopens her daughter’s case – originally ruled a suicide, but which she refuses to accept.
