The Audubon Mural Project's mission is to create, with the help of local artists, beautiful murals of climate-threatened birds throughout John James Audubon’s old stomping grounds: Hamilton and Washington Heights. Next, a visit to the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum. And then a trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art for a look at “Mrs. N’s Palace” by sculptor Louise Nevelson.
