ACLU says its clients behind Fort Dix’s bars report substandard medical care.

The Justice Department reported the Burlington County facility had no positive cases in early October. Now, the federal Bureau of Prisons reports Fort Dix has 214 COVID-19-infected inmates and 10 staff members infected as of Thursday.
